Throughout his career, Stéphan has used innovation and experience to develop the best solutions for his clients. Stéphan believes in clearly communicating a range of options and educating clients on the pros and cons of each, so the option that is most suited for them can be selected.

Stéphan joined Edison as a partner in 2013 and leads its Toronto office and Restoration and Construction services. Stéphan has been a consulting engineer since 1995. He has managed projects for a multitude of clients, including Brookfield Properties, Oxford Properties, Cadillac Fairview and Manulife Financial, at high profile buildings such as the CN Tower, First Canadian Place, TD Centre, Rogers Centre, and The Watergate office building.
