Ida Molkenthin is the Project and Office Administration Team Manager and Shareholder at Edison Engineers. With more than 28 years of experience in the engineering industry, including 11 years with Edison, she brings extensive knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to her role.

Ida leads Edison’s project and office administration functions, providing guidance and support to the administrative team while promoting consistent and efficient processes across the organization. Her experience, organizational skills, and thorough approach help ensure projects are effectively coordinated, internal operations run smoothly, and project teams have the support they need to deliver high-quality work for clients.

Outside of work, Ida enjoys staying active through Orangetheory Fitness, where she attends classes four days a week. She also has a passion for travel and enjoys exploring new destinations around the world whenever the opportunity arises.
