Greg Corbiere is a Project Manager at Edison specializing in building assessments, restoration design & specification, audit studies (reserve fund studies, Tarion performance audits, property condition assessments), construction monitoring, project coordination, capital planning and more. Greg has been in the building science industry since 2014 and joined the Edison team in 2018.

Greg’s major focus is delivering strong technical solutions for clients while educating and engaging all stakeholders. His reliability, attention to detail, and optimistic approach results in strong project management skills.

Greg has served clients throughout the Southwestern Ontario region since 2014. His diverse technical background primarily includes Capital Planning (reserve fund studies and performance audits for condominiums, property condition assessments for building owners), Roofing Systems (sloped roofing and attics, flat roofing), Structural Restoration (concrete balconies, parking garages, wood-framed balconies, wood decks), and Building Envelope (masonry cladding, siding, EIFS, windows & doors, leak investigations).
