77 Delawana Drive has a two-level standalone open-air parking garage serving a residential tower. The high exposure level of the garage to the elements combined with no waterproofing membrane resulted in significant concrete deterioration throughout the structure. At nearly 40 years old, repairs were necessary to extend the service life of the garage.
We were retained as the technical consultant throughout the garage repair process, including the Condition Assessment, Bid Documents & Specifications Package, Tendering, and Construction phases of the project. During our Condition Assessment, our team carried out destructive openings and testing to assess risk of concealed deterioration, and leveraged our findings to create accurate budgets for our client.
The parking garage is revitalized and will serve the residents for decades to come!
