This newly developed townhouse condominium includes an underground parking garage that was experience significant water leaks. The condominium was seeking to leverage Tarion warranty coverage.
We were retained to perform the Performance Audit, and delivered both the first and second year reports. We conducted an extensive field and drawing reviews to identify deficiencies including those related to the water leakage. Our support continued into the resolution phase, working with the developer and corporation while maintaining communication with Tarion and leveraging our knowledge of building repair to ensure the corporation received durable repairs.
The Corporation has successfully navigated the deficiency resolution process, while upholding a high standard of repairs. This will set the Corporation on a path for success for years to come.
