Shawna Smigelski is a Project Manager responsible for all aspects of project delivery; from building assessments, developing repair strategies and specifications, construction review, and contract administration. She joined the Edison team upon entry into the industry in 2016. Shawna is passionate about finding feasible repair options to tackle her individual clients’ needs, and improving our built environment by developing customized, durable, and aesthetically-pleasing repair solutions. She focuses on educating and communicating with clients to help them make informed decisions.

Every solution needs to be developed and customized with the community in mind – otherwise it’s no solution at all. I find it so rewarding to get to work closely with property managers, condominium boards, and building owners to understand their concerns, develop repair strategies that are right for them, and ultimately help them achieve their building goals.
