We were retained to prepared Bid Document and Specifications for the required repairs and tendered it to qualified contractors to obtain competitive pricing.
The board agreed with the approach that the best longterm solution was to replace the the garage roof slab waterproofing membrane and update the finishes. The project included full replacement of the garage roof slab waterproofing mmebran and replacement of all overburden.
Following the Board approval on the repair approach and pricing, we performed technical reviews of the work and provided project management services, including managing changing project scope and presenting regular budget updates to the Client.
